Kickboxing Fitness classes offer a great way to get in shape, have fun and feel great! In a friendly, social and non-competitive setting, students will push themselves through dynamic warm ups, a variety of conditioning exercises, and learn the art and science of Muay Thai Kickboxing by practicing combinations with partners on focus pads and kicking pads. Known for its powerful and effective techniques, expect to learn some serious skills while sweating your butt off! In addition to high energy physical fitness training our special Fire & Ice classes also include exercises in calming mental stillness! This class is a combination of circuit training with explosive plyometrics, body weight exercises, medicine balls and conditioning drills, and relaxation involving breathing techniques, yoga and meditation. The perfect way to end your day!
